SH Guard & Haul was founded in 2019 by Lerato Prince Sedibane, running cross-border freight across the SADC region. In 2026, Sedibane joined forces with Chenez Henderson, Founder & CEO of Henko Group, to grow the business into SH Guard & Haul — a company built to bring an on-demand model to heavy haulage, plant, and secured transport. SH Guard & Haul operates independently from Henko Group.

Founder & CEO of Henko Group, a Level 1 B-BBEE, 100% Black Women-owned industrial conglomerate spanning energy, mining, engineering, IoT/AI technology, environmental remediation, facilities management, logistics, and fuels. Joined forces with Sedibane in 2026 to grow SH Guard & Haul into a full on-demand haulage and plant marketplace. Under her leadership, Henko Group's technology venture Kilovox has earned recognition including a VERTO Awards runner-up placing, selection for the BRICS Xiamen Technology Track, and a Top 3 finish with Startup Club SA.
